“the rating would have been higher had the finish on the fire front casting been polished all over instead of just the front edge and also right to the edge where the horizontal meets the vertical instead of finishing 2mm short - might be by design or error but the finish lets down a really good fire.”

“The fire was delivered punctually on our chosen date. It is of excellent quality and was supplied with all the necessary bits packed in a blister pack. It sits well in the fireplace and the flame effect is most realistic. We are extremely pleased with our purchase.”
