“The only problem was the part of the gas fire that had being impact damaged. Now, have received replacement part. Thanks for contacting the manufacturer over this matter. I am now very happy with the gas fire. I think it is good value for money.”

“Is a good fire but was faulty.The company who sold it me had zero customer service!!! After failing with them i rung the manufacturer who are sending new parts! Personally i think the seller should of exchanged it for a new one as it was faulty from new!!”

“Arrived on time and well packed, gives out a great heat, but with very limited use so far. The number 3 setting is not the best and noisy as though the gas was struggling to the outside bars. But 1,2 and 4 are good.”
