“If the ACR fire was as good as ,''All about living' staff and service this would be 5star plus couldnt fault their dedicated to customers. The CVR convention heater isnt quite enough ( although it is quite than many others .shame more time isnt spent designing a quite/ silent fan instead of silly coloured effects that most will not use. Booklet doesnt give clear instructions on programing so you can easily end up with incomplete or badly programmed fire taking away from the enjoyment of a good looking quality fire that has replaced my real log burner”
