“On receipt, the bricks (wood) were broken which were replaced by Dimplex immediately, however the fire did not work properly. Contacted them and they seemed very nice. Asked for a video and details which were sent. Although video could not be loaded so I asked for alternative, no response Waited 4 days for a reply just to have a response from Georgia saying they’d passed everything on to Dimplex. 5 days now and still not heard anything. £600 and no working fire. No aftercare. So, will be contacting them on Monday to ask for the fire to be collected and full refund”

“We purchased the Dimplex Fortrose as we already have a similar, smaller Dimplex Opitmyst fire whice we are very pleased with. The fire arrived in super quick time and literally is plug and play! Take it out the box, fill the orange container with water, plug it in and hey presto! It's unlikely we shall use the heater but if ever our boiler breaks then we know that we have a heater for two rooms. It's easy to maintain and looks the part. The myst is mesmerising to watch. We are very pleased with our purchase.”

“Nice ‘real’ looking fire. Has electric fan heater below blowing warm air. Does not radiate heat like electric bar or gas fire which is to be expected”
