“Difficult to review. Carpet itself and price were very good, but experience of this company's communication [eg day after delivery of the carpet, the order was acknowledged 'subject to stock levels' and that is only one example of the disarray] is so awful that it wasn't worth the amount saved. Being charged £20 for delivery and then being charged again to call them on their 0845 number to try and sort out their poor service was ludicrous. Delivery driver was very helpful 'because of long wait' [18 days instead of a maximum of 7], but it still wasn't worth it.”
