“This is the 2nd time I have completed a review and second time given the same score! I ordered a sample piece of carpet with a view to ordering, but it never arrived. Chased twice but no acknowledgement. Still need quite a few carpets in our refurbished house but clearly All Floors are not interested. We will look elsewhere as their 'Service' is non existent!”
