“Have, so far, only ordered a sample. The email response was fast and friendly with regard to dispatch of my order. Sample arrived a couple of days later and looked just as it did on the website including the colour - which often is a disappointment when you see the real thing. My only negative comment would be that the sample was so small (about 2" square) I would have liked to have an opportunity to maybe pay £1 and got a sample that was about 12" x 12" so that there was something substantial to look at when it was on the floor. When I have made my decision I feel that this company will make my purchase as easy as possible.”
