“I was very disappointed in my Great Granddaughters 1st birthday silver monogrammed cup!! First the monogram was in correct, should have been m D c the middle initial being her last one - font letters all the same size making it appear as MDC! I was sick when l saw it as it is always my tradition to give all Grandchildren a silver cup on 1st Birthday! As l understand once it is engraved there is no return! Very disappointed!! And was a little more expensive than others I've bought!”
“The subject says it all. My rattle was recieved damaged/defective, and after numerous calls to customer service to get a replacement, no action has been taken to resolve this to my satisfaction. I will be calling customer service back again tomorrow to get a resolution. This will be my 5th call.”
