“Unfortunately, I'm not happy at all with the engraving and the date, it was to small. By the way I wasn't happy either with the wrapping I paid extra money for getting the ribbon and the pouches pink and came in with gray ribbon and white pouches. I'm very disappointed. I would like You to send me a refund. Thank you”
“I was very disappointed in the engraving of my grandsons christening mug. It was so light I couldn't even read his name. In addition the cup had black tarnish marks all over it which were difficult to remove. Once cleaned with silver polish there was a brown mark right in the middle of his name I couldn't remove. I would not order again.”
