“I provided two addresses when ordering online: my own, and the person to whom I wanted the gift to go. They addressed the package with half of one address (the intended recipient) and half my address (140 miles away). The USPS didn't know what to do with it, but fortunately I was able to track it to my local P.O., and I had to repackage it and pay yet more $$$ to send it to the correct address. I wasted precious time on the phone with them over this, they refused to admit it was their error, and I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.”
