“Do not try this company unless they have a store front you can pick up your item. I ordered from This website November 27 2020 No updates from tracking number. I walked 3 miles to USPS Branch they informed me there is nothing they can due because the tracking number starts and stops in Washington State. 300.00 is A Lot of money and a large purchase for me. I called twice and emailed 4 times i was given a reply with the tracking number. Maybe they are having Financial Problems and they are sitting on their accounts receivable there is no way of knowing from an Internet company. I just ordered a new grip for my Glock48 from Hogue ( after this purchase) They are in Nevada I received it decided on something different received my exchange and debit refund in 9 days total. We can rule out the USPS. I went to my TD Bank branch the fraud / disputed charge will take 30 days. I bought this for a dedicated friend who is leaving on maternity after December not returning I wanted something special a Sterling Silver Cup and Spoon. We all want to help small businesses but they can be unreliable at best WHEN ITS TIME TO STEP UP AND HELP OR GIVE MONEY BACK. Never had an ongoing problem from Macy's, LL Bean even Amazon has always done right by me No Horror Stories from them. A small purchase from Amazon was a couple days late they sent me an email with an apology no big deal. The shipping charge was sent back to my debit card in 2 days. I didn't even ask for it.”
