“Arrived nicely wrapped, hesitated to open the gift box but something was telling me to open it, glad I did. The rattle was broken, the sound it made sounded like a piece of glass or something rattling around. The first letter of the engraving was shaky looking, kind of rough feeling over the engraving too. I was shocked and disappointed in the type of engraving you get, it's done by hand, not professional at all. I was very surprised about that! Didn't look anything like what I was lead to believe I was getting with the engraving. I emailed customer service a couple times and called three times. Left messages with a lady, never got a call back and my emails went unanswered for couple of weeks.
I paid over 100.00 for the gift, engraving and gift wrap. I wasn't about to let this go. Ignoring people is not the way to do business.
I would have been embarrassed if I had not opened the gift and inspected it.
I had to purchase another gift somewhere else, and I disputed this with paypal because the company wouldn't return my messages to resolve this. I got a refund and sent their broken product back to them. Will NEVER do business with them again. Terrible Customer Service!”
