“i have no problem with the rattle itself. It is the engraving that is horrible! I phoned in my order and was very specific of how I wanted it engraved. I was assured that it would be done as requested! It was not!!! I spoke to Anisha (not sure of spelling) on Wednesday, April 11 who assured me that his would be taken care of. She was going to send me a return form that I need to send the rattle back and when you get it back I would be issued a new one with the engraving as I requested. I have still not received the return form which is frustrating as I have already paid for this rattle and would like to get this taken care of. Could you please get the return form to me! I also would like to say that when I ordered the same rattle 4 years ago for my other grandson the engraving was on either end of the barbell and it was beautiful! I don't understand why you are now engraving it on the bar or the barbell. It looks terrible there! On my rattle the initials are smaller that the date and I told the women I ordered it from I wanted the date to read 7.19.17 and the way the date reads on my rattle is 2017.07.19....who writes a date like that!! To me the engraving looks so much classier on the ends of the barbell. The reason I called to order the rattle is because my daughter had ordered on last year for a gift and was shocked when it came and the engraving was on the bar. (It was her son that I gave the other one to and she loved it!) the rattle was damaged so she was able to return in and get the engraving done on the ends of the rattle. That is why I called to specifically request where the engraving was done! Anyway after this lengthy rant could you please get the return form to me!!! Thank you, Susan Carter”
