Will you recommend ALL 4 KIDS?

“Went to put the Ella Bookcase together on Christmas Eve, only to discover the instruction booklet and screws were all missing. Checked the box THOROUGHLY and the instructions and screws were definitely NOT there. Very disappointing as this was meant to be a Christmas gift for our daughter and now we can’t put it together. You don’t expect to open it up with parts missing. Please contact us immediately.”

“A piece of the staircase was broken when we opened the box to make up the doll house my husband glued it together that was very disappointing”
