Have to get the puppy ones pulled but to early quiet yet. Had another Yorkie with teething problems this helped her too. Great savings here.”

I think that there may be a communication problem among the different areas of this company as it appeared that billing, shipping, customer service do not talk to each other (assuming they are different people). This creates a lot of frustration for the customer. There are definitely some efficiencies & business skills that would help this situation. We did end up receiving a refill we needed so for that I rated 4 stars. They do have reasonable cost for pet medications compared to others I have seen.”
