“Apoquel works great! I have a german shepherd mix around 80 pounds and give him one a day (half in the morning and half in the evening). For several years, he received cytopoint shots which worked great for a while. As with most medications, it started losing its effectiveness. My vet suggested trying Apoquel. It stops the itching and doesn't seem to make him drowsy. I'll use it until it stops and go back to cytopoint.”
