“We had our Great Dane on Apoquel for 3 weeks (all the supply we could get); she took 2 a day for 2 weeks, then 1 a day. At 1 week, she was improving, and at the end of 3 weeks, she was the best she'd looked in a year (she's 18 months old). We've been unable to get any more for 2 months, and she's gotten so much worse with allergies and recurrent infections, that we're now considering euthanasia, if she doesn't improve with this 3rd antibiotic.
