I ordered it when I still had a weeks worth of product remaining, but somehow it still hasn't been delivered, 9 days after the order was placed. I am sorry my dog has to be in pain because of poor shipping. Supposedly it was at a shipping station just 40 minutes from here three days ago. This is really inexcusable, especially since the weather has not been bad around here.”
