“I've been getting insulin for my diabetic kitty, and various other meds for my 3 dogs. I had one problem with receiving insulin during the summer months, as it needs to be overnight delivered and kept cold. The problem was corrected IMMEDIATELY, no questions asked. The customer service is aboveboard!!!!! The phone personnel are extremely polite and caring towards the customer and their pet, and really do care that you are a customer of theirs. Between the excellent customer service and the prices offered, I will continue to be with Allivet.”
