“This antibiotic (150 mg total) has been the only thing to help our dogs horrible case of "swamp rot". Has been going to a specialist for 1 1/2 years trying different medications and finally settled on this. Just tried to wean him off but the lesions started to come back. So back to daily dose! Antibiotics, wipe his paws with /chlorhexidine every night/ apply drops (special concoction from vet) on any sore spots that pop up. Poor dog has been through it, but he IS better!!!”
