“Good Morning, I contacted your customer service yesterday morning in a panic. My dog is epileptic and I only had enough medicine for 1 more dose administration. I inadvertently realized you previously sent an email to update my credit card for payment which I did not do because I didn’t see it. I regret I did not get your staff members name who assisted me because his customer service was absolutely extraordinary. He arranged overnight delivery and waived the charge. This act blew me away as it was my oversight that put me in this predicament. I came home from work and found my dogs medication in that same days mail.
