“So far so good. My Beagle has been on Vetmedin for about 3.5 years now. He has a Grade IV heart murmur. At his first Vet cardiology appointment & Echocardiogram, the vet started the Vetmedin at 5 mg morning/5mg at night. He said the Vetmedin should help and give him at least another 2 years. A follow-up appointment 1 year later, the vet changed his Vetmedin to 5mg in the morning and 2.5mg at night. Everything was stable. Vet said that should give him another 2 years....We'll keep taking those "another" 2 years every time. His murmur has not progressed since he's been on the meds.”
