It is pricey so make sure to get the best effect you give your dog some fat (bacon, beef, pork) in their food a few days before giving them the pill and a healthy spoonful the day they take it. I would suggest you continue the grease a few more days after. I did a lot of research on this before committing to it last summer. All of the complaints came from people who didn't head the advice of others--FAT helps this work so give your best friend a fun week to splurge. “I would have give 5 stars but I just stared my dogs on these two weeks ago so to new to rate as possibly 5 stars. BUT this has been legal in Europe for a few years and the FDA finally recently approved them here. SO since they've been in use in Europe for years, I know they must be safe and effective. Also my dogs gobbled them up, no need for pill pockets. Allivet contacted my vet and got the Rx in less than a week of doing the order.”
