“I have received heart worm medication I’ve ordered. I paid almost twice less than what I would have paid at my vet’s clinic. There was a delay in delivery due to hurricane Irma. They didn’t let me know why my order was delayed but when I called the customer service they answered quickly and explained the situation. I’d say: good service but they need to improve the communication part.”
