“No problem with the product or the price.The vet immediately okayed the order. But they also charged my card immediately, 7 days before they actually sent the order.( I received the order 13 days later.) No response from customer service when I complained.There was an Xmas holiday in between, but still they should not have charged my card before sending and customer service should have replied to my complaint.”
