“The product is just what I needed, and about half the price it cost me at my vet's office. I didn't give five stars because when I originally ordered it, along with items I was going to have auto shipped monthly, I was told it was out of stock. I was also told they would automatically add it to my auto ship when it became available. Instead, when it became available I received an email telling me it was back in stock. I called to ask to have it added to my next auto ship and was told it would be, if they still had it in stock when that time rolled around (about three weeks in the future). We then had a circular conversation about the purpose of auto ship and inventory management. I ended up just ordering the Cerena for immediate shipment, paying there shipping fee (with my auto ship order I qualify for free shipping) and adding it to my future auto ship in hope that whomever I spoke with was incorrect about Allivet's management of auto ship products.”
