“My other kitty 3 years ago used human insulin, and it worked well, but the ProZinc has been wonderful for TT. Excellent product and easy to regulate with no issues. After 4 months she is still doing so well. Her weight is up to 7 pounds after being at 5 ans her blood sugar is stable. she is 20 so her being this happy and stable again means the world to us. Allivet is wonderful as well. Their customer service is first rate and do everything to accommodate their customer. The insulin was amazing packed in cold packs and arrived in 24 hours, ready to go. “The insulin was fine, though the ice had just about melted when it arrived late in the day. What really bugged me was the WEEKS of back and forths implying my vet wasn't responding.. and Allivet not having good communication with me about why my package wasn't showing up... let alone them calling the wrong number and using the wrong fax for the vet on multiple occasions. The whole idea of confirming by fax is archaic. Get with the times and develop better communications protocols, please!”
