This is a great price for this insulin, even with the large shipping cost. I bought 2 bottles, and it comes to $110 per bottle, which is over $50 less than the $168 a bottle my vet is charging. I'm glad to be able to keep my pet healthy at a reasonable price!

So far so good! We've just started giving this insulin to our recently diagnosed diabetic kitty and his blood glucose has already begun to stabilize. We do have to play around with the dosage though, as the one that the doc prescribed seems to be a bit too high and knocked down his level a lot. Overall, good price for the insulin, although if you factor in the $33 cold shipping cost, it comes out to just a little less than other retailers. Still, worth it to save your furry friend.

My kitty still isn't a fan of the shots, of course, but it is a necessary evil. Even with the overnight cold shipping, I saved money vs. buying the exact same insulin locally.

Our Maine Coon cat developed became diabetic and was placed on insulin (human type). After a year he went into remission and was taken off insulin. 60 days later he developed pancreatitis and was hospitalized for several days, given I Vs and we were sure we were going to lose him. Released to his regular vet, he was prescribed ProZinc insulin for cats. He is now 14 years old, gets injections twice a day, some days he plays and runs like a kitten. Vet Techs say he is in excellent health other than diabetic and looks better than any diabetic cat they have treated. ProZinc has a much longer shelf life and doesn't have to be thrown out after 28 days, thereby saving us money, and cold pack overnight shipping from Allivet is fast and reliable.

My cat is newly diagnosed diabetic my vet prescribed ProZinc because of the effectiveness of managing the diabetes. I didn't think we would be able to afford his care, the cost of ProZinc with shipping was $70 cheaper from Allivet. Thank you for helping me help my Ollie!
