“Our dog is well into old age and it is has become very obvious that he is no longer the dog he used to be. He is not as playful or active these days. When the vet recommended these and explained the potential I was very excited. At first, when we got them I was anxious because I wasn't seeing any changes. “My dogs do not eat it as a treat, must break up into their food. But they will eat it mixed in. B/c soft chew, just 2 fingers 'smooshing ' the chew causes it to crumble fine enough dogs will eat. Have tried others, this is what i prefer b/c ease of getting them to eat it. Does smell. I put the large container in closet & have just a few in a sealed dog treat jar on counter for daily use.”
