“This product Diclofenaco eye drops seems to do the trick for my 15 year old Pom. She just recently was diagnosed Diabetic and she went blind. These drops seem to ease the eye irritation and keep the pressure under control The way customer service handled my order by not following up with my Vet to get the prescription was a little disconcerting. Even after I called the vet and they sent the form over - it came in with no prescription info on they still didn't check until I had made a number of calls. I called on afternoon and was dropped a couple of times the last call I was put on hold - that went to a drop of the call and when I called back they were closed. ON THE DOT. No call back - my phone number is on there data base so thats not the reason Again the product is great - Customer service - Maybe some re-education Sandy”
