“The product is great but the service from Allivet is horrible. Should have listened to the other reviews about how horrible their shipping is. Ordered medicine on 3/7 and its 4/2 and still haven't recieved it. Bsaed on tracking it sat in a warehouse for a long time and then because they printed the label wrong it was sent to the wrong address (according to tracking) and now I have no idea where it is or if I will even get it. Getting through to their help line has also been very difficult. I keep getting disconnected after being on hold for 4-5 minutes.”
