“Very easy to reorder, faxed Rx refill requests get to my vet expeditiously, and fast turnaround time once refill confirmed. **FYI....This time the cold packs were almost completely melted when the carrier delivered the package and I was concerned about the efficacy of the insulin (vet said was OK since still cold). The carrier always knocks on my door when I get a delivery (I telecommute) so it didn't sit in the sun or out in the summer heat.
