After a few days I began to realize that receiving my package late was not the fault of Allivet at all. I received a phone call from an Allivet rep today and she was genuinely sad that my fish had died. I got my package yesterday and they still refunded my money although it was not their fault. The fault is on Fed-Ex or even me for thinking Fed-Ex would get it here in time and not a week and a half late.
This is by far the best customer service I have ever received, anywhere. Thank you Allivet for being wonderful human beings all around! You now have a customer for life. I just wish I could delete or edit my initial review post.”
