“I haven't seen any problems using this only a minor inconvenience. The place to insert the 18 gauge, 1 inch needle is through a soft rubber tube on the bottom of the bag and not that round circle on the side. I have stuck the needle through the other side of the tube when I first started using it. The other inconvenience is that my veterinarian charges me $5 for each prescription item they have in house. But even with the extra charge, the total makes it less expensive than buying this item from my veterinarian.”
