“I used the generic carprofen and it caused digestive issues. Allowed time for their systems to get well and tried the brand name Rimadyl. So far so good. We use 1/2 tablet at a time. Perhaps it was the inactive filler ingredients in the generic that harmed their digestive tract. Any n-said can eventually cause upsets. We give it with food such as during their meal.”
“Elephant has been the absolute best pharmacy I could ever ask for it they have been completely 100% haven't sent my dog is got torn ACL and has saved me a ton of money from buying them form my vet very blessed to have them.”
“Great price! I paid extra for quicker shipping. It arrived on time. I have not had the chewables before but I like them better then the caplets. They break in half easily by hand.”
“Angel is a 12 year old dog we rescued when she was about 2 years old. She's probably a rat terrier. She began taking Rimadyl after a fall on the ice this winter that caused a ligament to tear away from her knee. However, the x-rays showed that her hips were full of arthritis, which we already thought they were because she wasn't moving much anymore at all. She was given the medication first for the injured knee, but Dr. Jill said that if it seems to improve her hips, we should keep her on it. Well, Angel is going great on the Rimadyl. She is moving much more and can jump up on the couch, recliner, and even on the window sill again all by herself. She is more relaxed, and is not snappy to the two younger dogs now either. It really must relieve her pain.”
