“Delivery was quick, even with the need for pre-approval from my vet. I was worried about delivery in South Florida in June because Vetsulin must remain cold but not frozen. Two of the three ice packs were mostly thawed but still very cold. The third ice pack was in the center of the box and was still very frozen. The entire box was tightly lined with Styrofoam. I think it still would have remained cold for another four to six hours on my front porch.
