My only complaint is that I ordered 10 bottles and they crammed them into a small box (with some of them laying on their side which is NOT proper storage, they need to be upright at all times). Why do I pay $29 for cold shipping when you don't even pack them properly?”

“Vet recommended trying a different insulin. The price was pretty good here but the shipping was $32, I guess because they have to put icepacks in there to keep it cool during shipping but that seems like a lot for icepacks. I think it's a little more than other sites so it probably evens out. I just didn't like that the site said FREE shipping on orders over $49 and I wasn't made aware of the shipping cost until after I had created an account and gone all the way through the ordering process. Feels like they could be more upfront about it so you can actually compare prices.”
“This is our first time ordering, Allivet got ahold of our vet, and emailed me regarding any updates on shipping. We received the insulin next day. However I had contacted customer service via email with some questions and to this date have never received a response, that is concerning. SO if you have questions they probably won’t get answered, but if you know what you need then give them a try. Tammy”
