Great being able to make my own almond milk, as my diet requires very low carbs i can only drink unsweetened almond milk which is usually not enjoyable as they taste like chalky water. I can make the almo milk up with some sweetener and xanthan gum to make it as creamy as full cream cows milk and I can enjoy drinking it by itself unlike other almond milks. I can imagine it would go well on toast etc but i can’t currently eat bread. Licking the measuring spoon after making it is the best part

I absolutely love this product. I recently made my second purchase and brought a box of twelve. I use it in my risotto, and last night added to my pumpkin soup, it’s such a versatile product. I am putting together a Mother’s Day gift for my Mum and am including a jar of Almo Creme’.

Great product, will likely become a staple in the pantry. Only wish is that it came in a larger size, as I assume having a few larger jars over lots of little jars is friendlier to the environment.

Simply amazing product, love that I can make it myself at home and it is 100% pure. The cream by itself is delicious too, which is an added bonus!

Peeps, here's the DL. This stuff is great. I was super skeptical as I have had plenty of homemade almond milks that have ranged from absolutely-disgustingly-terrible to 'it's okay for homemade'. Never have I encountered one that would stand up to store bought. Before buying I trawled the reviews and searched for a reason not to give it a go. I couldn't find one. So here we are. For your almond milk making pleasure, here's a run down on this glorious stuff. I made four different batches to test out. batch one - 5% almo (25g almo, 1L water, pinch salt) batch two - 10% almo (50g almo, 1L water, pinch salt) batch three - 5% almo with xanthan gum (25g almo, 1L water, 1/4 tsp xanthan gum, pinch salt) batch four - 10% almo with xanthan gum (50g almo, 1L water, 1/4tsp xanthan gum, pinch salt) All using hot water (around 70-80 C) and blended on absolute full throttle for five seconds (don't do no half power shit. Full. Throttle.) The results - Batch four came out on top, by far. If you don't have xanthan gum, get it. I'm pretty sure woolies sells it, so no excuses. It's going to totally change the almond milk. It thickens it a little and stops it from separating and splitting. Total game changer. If you're stingy (like me) and want more bang for your buck then batch three is still good. At $16 a jar you can make 10L, so it comes out at $1.60/L. It's similar to almond breeze but, like, half the price. This stuff froths well too. I've been using 'so good' almond milk for yonks and that stuff ain't got no froth to it. But, make a batch of almo, chuck it in ya little frother machine (I'm a lazy coffee addict - my nespresso machine is my most loved possession) and you'll be in almond milk froth heaven. You'll be frothin' over ya froth, mate. In summary, this stuff is pretty damn good. It tastes great by itself, makes bangin almond milk, is zero waste, and you can save money. I never thought I'd find a good almond milk product like this. I'm in love. P.S. This review aint sponsored or anything. I wish I was getting paid for this. Almo, hit me up. Slide into my inbox, you've got my deets.

It hasn't arrived yet and it's been well over the time that was specified, I assume that this is because of COVID-19
