“I sent an email to your company but received no reply. The package arrived quite quickly and i was pleased but I noticed that the "use by" date is blank and there are no directions for storing the product once opened. I think this is unacceptable. Would you please advise me about these issues ?”

Hi Julie, It appears that we did reply to you on Monday Oct 26, with the following response: Hi Julie, There should be a best before printed on every jar near the edge of the label. All of our creme has a 12-month shelf life (minimum) and is completely shelf stable same as peanut butter or honey. Your creme should have at least 9 months remaining (likely more) It does not need to be stored in the fridge. Hope this helps and hope you enjoy the creme! “One of the jars was broken and the post office said it was poorly packaged and to contact you. I rang you and left a message but I have never heard back so I am totally unimpressed with your company.”

Hi Jenifer, We are very sorry to hear that you have received a broken jar. Unfortunately, we cannot control how the post office handles a particular parcel. The postal service can be rigorous and we do what we can to protect our products from this. However, as it is glass, there are occasional breakages. We always replace broken products and stand behind our brand. If you were not able to reach us via phone, we are available by email which is listed on our website which also has a contact us form that we would reply to. If you contact us this way with your order details we will send you a replacement jar. We are sorry to hear that this issue has impacted you as we always want our customers to enjoy the products.

“Almo Almond Creme is delicious straight from the jar. I will use it as a spread and as a topper to cereals and salad. I haven't made up almond milk with it, but did try to add it directly to hot drinks. It curdles when doing this, so will make according to the directions next time. I've purchased some to give as Christmas presents, as I want to share the love around.”

“I decided to try Almo cream as I'm always making almond milk for my daughters and it turns sour after a few days in the fridge and we end up wasting half of it. I thought Almo cream would be a simple and fast way to make small batches more frequently. We use about a tablespoon in 500ml of water. It works well but at this rate there's no way we're going to get 5L of almond milk from a single jar as advertised.”

“It’s excellent with a black coffee, using a large teaspoon of Almo and stirring it all well. I was disappointed with making g it up as a milk, to use with muesli or in coffee. It seemed to me to require at least double the quantity of Almo you suggest to get a reasonable flavour into the solution. So I’m just going to have to use the rest (of my 4 jars) with a much more than expected quantity each time. Otherwise the flavour just isn’t there. And it also therefore ends up being considerably more expensive for me to use. Leonie”
