“I have been trying for 4 weeks to process a return and refund. The product failed to meet my expectations and I had an adverse reaction to one or maybe two of the items. I had to prove the reactions and give details and history. Well, ok. Failed to meet expectations. As in, no weight loss, no change in energy, no change. Adverse reaction, as in headaches and massive constipation despite taking it completely as directed. The support reps are now deliberately dragging out the process to make the deadline pass. I understand only a partial refund due to a bottle going into a recycling bin. So return it all at my cost. But now I can’t get a shipping label to even put on the box? “The price of this product is so incredibly high. Do yourself a favor and go buy a pre and probiotic from the grocery store. There is nothing else in this health benefit wise. The edge mango leaf they claim to have doesn’t even have a quarter of the dosage that has been studied to provide clarity. It does work as a pre/probiotics so that is why I’m giving two stars, but the taste is eh, and the benefits so far not worth the cost of this monthly!”
