“This product is not one that I would use on its own. I can’t imagine using it without the mentabiotics and sync. That said, I believe the focus product has helped me to truly focus and declutter all the constant chatter happening as I moved through the day. The emotions would abound and I would get overwhelmed. I believe the mentabiotics is helping to balance my microbiome to decrease all the reactions I have to each situation.
