“I didn't expect to like this at all. I didn't even really want to do it. If I'm being totally honest, the only reason I even bought it was to help my sister reach her business goal for the month of August. After adding the items I WANTED to my cart, I only had about $20 left to shop with. This was the only product I was even remotely interested in, so I decided to try it. "Wow" is the first word that comes to mind. The diet was extremely hard for me to stick to, but I stuck to it. Drinking 80 ounces of water each day was really hard for me to stick to, but I stuck to it. I followed the program directions exactly as they were and gave up the caffeine, sugar, meat, animal products, and everything else that was recommended. I worked through the cravings, which felt unbearable at times, but I can honestly say it was sooooo worth it!!! I will certainly do this again. I have struggled with chronic fatigue my entire life. To the point where any amount of caffeine, exercise, or medicine would help me. I've also had an issue with bloating, heartburn, and similar digestive issues for the past few years. I've always thought that was something is have to just love with. My biggest takeaways from this program is how awake and alert I feel, and how I haven't had a shred of the digestive problems I'm so used to experiencing every day. I can't even put into words how emotional it has made me to wake up before my alarm clock ready to start my day, without the bloating or the pain associated with it. I know it might sound silly, but I had no idea gut health could effect your mentality to this degree. This product helped me see how beneficial a healthier lifestyle can really be. It was really hard, but short enough to stick to and give 100%. “I did this 3-day cleanse with a group online which was helpful as we shared recipes, our experiences, and our results with each other. I would recommend doing it this way, especially if you've never used reboot+ before. The experience of others can really help! That being said, the product itself is what this review is all about... I loved it! Compared to other types of cleanses, Reboot+ is very easy to use, it came with thorough instructions on how, when, and how much to use. It also included a list of foods that would assist Reboot+ and other foods that would be counterproductive. It's a short 3-day cleanse so anyone can follow the dietary guidelines for 3 days. It gradually builds up, you start with 2 capsules the first day, then 2 capsules twice a day, and finally on the last day you take 2 capsules three times during the day. It is very effective! By the third day I had this very nice feeling in my gut, Kind of an "empty" feeling, but not hungry. I felt emptied of the bad things I had previously had in my gut. It was a light, satisfying feeling. I plan on doing this Reboot at least once a year, probably several times! I would recommend it for everyone!”
