“I didn't expect to like this at all. I didn't even really want to do it. If I'm being totally honest, the only reason I even bought it was to help my sister reach her business goal for the month of August. After adding the items I WANTED to my cart, I only had about $20 left to shop with. This was the only product I was even remotely interested in, so I decided to try it. "Wow" is the first word that comes to mind. The diet was extremely hard for me to stick to, but I stuck to it. Drinking 80 ounces of water each day was really hard for me to stick to, but I stuck to it. I followed the program directions exactly as they were and gave up the caffeine, sugar, meat, animal products, and everything else that was recommended. I worked through the cravings, which felt unbearable at times, but I can honestly say it was sooooo worth it!!! I will certainly do this again. I have struggled with chronic fatigue my entire life. To the point where any amount of caffeine, exercise, or medicine would help me. I've also had an issue with bloating, heartburn, and similar digestive issues for the past few years. I've always thought that was something is have to just love with.
