After trying several sleep enhancement products, this is the best one yet! I am sleeping better than I have in years. Love it and highly recommend it!

I have found Sleep + to help me relax at night and fall asleep naturally. It doesn’t hang on until morning like some sleep products do. So when I wake up I feel refreshed and ready to start my day after a good nights sleep.

This product helped me to fight sleeping issues I had during some time last year, it was a life changing for me and made a huge difference! It made sleep like a baby and combined with the MOOD product made wake up singing and dancing literally!

I have always had a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. I've tried many different products including melatonin. Sleep helps me fall asleep, stay asleep, and I don't wake up with a groggy feeling. I like the science behind Sleep, the fact that it encourages your body to produce it's own melatonin. I find I don't need to take it ecery night. I take it one night or a couple nights and then the subsequent nights I sleep better also. I always keep this on hand.

The first sleep product that doesn’t make me groggy when I wake up. Enables my brain to do what it needs to do whilst I’m sleeping. Another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From Dr Talbott.

I tried for a few weeks in conjunction with extensive stress management and clean whole foods plant based diet. It did nothing to help me sleep. Searched for proof of effectiveness through clinical trials, there were none. I was told there were "tricks" to using it properly. As a medically trained individual, a medically untrained individual should never give nor offer ad hoc advice to someone when 1) they lack the training to understand the whole dynamic of health in the human body and 2) they lack the understanding of the impact of long term stress on the body mentally, physiologically and spiritually. As I mentioned in my Omega review, it gives me great pause as to the TRUE motive of Amare as a "mental wellness" company. Mental wellness is serious and requires monitoring/support by trained professionals. Yes, diet is important. Yes, stress management is important. Lack of due diligence is lack of integrity and unacceptable. Imagine if you told someone with longterm depression and suicidal ideation to come off their medications and use their supplements. Without clinical trials to support your marketing claims, you run the risk and liability if they commit suicide when your supplements fail to help them.
