“I love the Amare Kids Fundamentals! The main issue for me is taste. Because it has a fruity taste, I take this product more regularly. I also mix it with a partial pack of Energy+ and a half-scoop of Superfood, and it is super delicious that way! My son is autistic and takes the Kids Fundamentals with water only, using an empty Relief+ bottle; this seems to work best for him, so he gets the benefits of Fundamentals more regularly, too. After he first started taking Relief+ and Sleep+ together at night, I noticed a big improvement in his sleep. He used to talk to himself at night, but I could not tell if he was awake or asleep, and he was a very light sleeper. But he no longer does this. He even notices how much better he feels.
