GBX SeedFiber Reviews

This little beauty is pretty amazing. microRNA signaling is a HUGE deal! It affects things like epigenetics and faulty mRNA signaling can cause an issue with GABA signaling in the brain. So whenever I'm trying to repattern and develop new good habits, or process through emotions, or prime my immune system - SeedFiber is my #1 go-to. I usually mix it in with the GBX protein. Fantastic and easy!

Too crunchy for my liking. Tried it mixed in my GBX protein shake. Was told I need to mix some fruit in with the shake and make the grit won’t be as noticeable. Still have over half a container to use, so I will have to give it a try again.

This stuff helps keep me full longer and helps me stay healthy in the, uh, intestinal department ; ) . It's easy to at add yogurt, oatmeal, smoothies, etc. and it mixes easily. No offensive flavor either, very neutral.

Seriously, everything in this is amazing. I take a scoop every day. It's not the greatest flavor, but much better than some of the other supplements out there. And I know it's supporting my overall health.

I won't go without GBX Seedfiber in my supplement cabinet. This is such a great immune booster and it's easy to add to dishes or drinks to make sure it gets taken daily.

I mix this in my daily smoothie along with the GBX protein, mentabiotics, and GBX SuperFood. I know my body is getting the nourishment it needs to start my day off right! Such power in a couple of little scoops! And I feel it helps me maintain my blood sugar levels in a normal range.
