I just needed a snack before I made dinner. I made me a smoothie & added GBX SEEDFIBER! I started feeling less tense, no anxiety, and with no urgent need to rest. I was feeling full and my body was not stressed. yay! Dinner was served and I had enough energy to clean the mess!

I noticed that after taking seed fiber with the superfoods my stamina in the gym increased by a lot! I didn’t work out for 2 months and went to do the HIIT and at the end of the class I was like omg I could keep going. I was fasting at this point and didn’t want to eat for another 2 hours after gym. Which never happens with me. I am always hungry. My roommate noticed the same thing better stamina in the gym after taking it.

After dealing with IBS, I thought I was regular. After starting GBX Seedfiber, I am more regular than ever and no more bloat. I love adding GBX Seedfiber to my almond yogurt or oatmeal or even my protein shake. I love that it keeps my gut healthy and balanced.

I put half of the recommended dosage in my GBX protein smoothie every day. It is a little gritty but blended in the shake, it’s barely noticeable.

So many benefits of this wonderful product! But I get it, it’s seed fiber. Kinda hard to make it glamorous and sexy, so I’ll just say this...I add a scoop into my GBX protein shake and it fill me up for hours! My recommendation: add to brownies.
