“I decided to give it a try I had started Weight Watchers and was hoping in my menopausal state this would be a helpful addition to my current regimen. I have been using it for a little shy of a month, taste is fine, but I can not say I see a difference yet. I will keep using it to see if I see a difference, but the reviews I see from others is nothing what I am experiencing. I already take really good vitamins so this maybe the reason I have not seen a huge difference for me! For the price unless I see a difference in how I feel I will discontinue it.”
