There hasn't been a whole lot of weight loss or inches lost since the first couple of months.. I am pretty much at a standstill and my weight and inches have been up and down. Besides the weight it is, great and has great benefits. I have continued drinking it because I'm hoping eventually the metabolism part kicks in.”
