“I’m not a huge review leaver, but I don’t want anyone to experience what I have experienced with taking this product and I know I would have appreciated reading a review like this before trying this product out. First of all, I want to point out that if you are not signed in to your Amare account, you are unable to see anything except a few of the 5 start reviews which I think is extremely misleading. Second of all, this product contains “natural coloring” which normally would have been a red flag for me, but I overlooked it. What even is “natural coloring”!? I find it highly unnecessary, especially in a pill. Who cares what a pill looks like? It honestly makes it appear *less* natural. I am on my second bottle and was planning on giving this product a full 90 days to see if it would work for me, however, I immediately stopped taking it when I discovered that it was what was causing a huge issue for me. I spent so long after giving birth and getting off of birth control trying to regulate my cycle. Thanks to losing a large amount of weight as well as a supplement from another company, I was successful. I was able to have a normal and regular period for essentially the first time in my adult life; because the “period” you have while on birth control isn’t actually a period, but that’s beside the point. Last month, my period was a few days late which I thought was odd because it had been very consistent for quite some time, but I didn’t give it too much thought once it started. Currently my period is a week late and still has not started. Pregnancy is not a possibility for me at this time. I started doing some research. Thankfully I was able to determine that I am experiencing amenorrhea (missing your period!). Unfortunately, for everyone one else who has experienced this issue from this product, yet fortunately for me, I was able to find that this has been a reported side effect and I was very upset! Not only did this product mess up my body’s natural rhythm, there were not even any beneficial changes that I experienced from it! Who knows how long it is going to take to re regulate my period now! I’m beyond disappointed in this product but thankful for the return policy. I wish I didn’t have to pay for return shipping. I’m glad there are some people that have experienced much better results than I have, but as for me, I’ve learned my lesson and will not be trying any more Amare supplements. I felt the need to share my experience so that people can make informed decisions for themselves. If you still choose to try it, best of luck to you.”

I started off with 2 for over 3 months as told by one of the partners, started to cause me to feel irritable have night sweat really bad so I take one a day in morning but have not seen any real benefits from it even with one I still get night sweats .. so disappointed was hoping it would be better.”
